Please, Department of Strategy, Execution, and Evaluation (SEE) needs to facilitate accountability mechanism for MDAs to periodically present their scorecards to the public. As the Governor presents his scorecard, his aides should be encouraged to do likewise (Commissioners, SPADs, SSAs, SAs etc).
I have yet to observe the scorecard of MDAs after one year in office.
Again, there is need to partner with the Civil Society in these interventions. It's global best practice.

However prospective investor would like to see, for example in the area of Industrial Parks/Export Processing free zones, thoughtful Industrial Park layout design model, with value chain analysis. He/she may need to understand integration strategies in those parks.
Moreover, one need to have overview of packaged potential investment opportunities in Anambra state. The critical interest areas are:- Power, ICT, Technical services, waste management (Recycling plants: metal,plastic and papers).
Investors need to determine suitable location for their kind of industries. You have to show classification of Anambra Industrial Parks and reasons for their locations. Heavy industries should be sited where transportation of heavy equipment is possible and cheapest. For example Oseakwa Ihiala with prospective seaport/harbour facilities rings bell for heavy industrial park location.
Lastly, Do you have shared facilities investment model ? Clusters like Mgbuka obsosi, Electrical market Obosi , building materials Nkpor, need world class fabrication and maintenance workshops.
